Details:	SUMMARY: 2 Repeat samples taken 7/31 are total coliform positive. July MCL violation DETAILS: 2 of the 4 Repeat samples taken 7/31/2008 were total coliform positive so there is another MCL violation for July. Dan will take corrective action by chlorinating at the reservoir and flushing the system. However, the ladder was removed from the reservoir so a ladder truck from the Power Company will be obtained. And, citizens will be notified that the system will be chlorinated. The City also needs to obtain a chlorine test kit. ACTION NEEDED: City to obtain chlorine test kit, disinfect and flush the system, and take 5 Routine samples for August. DWP staff to inspect system and review sampling procedures and corrective actions with operator.
