Details:	SUMMARY: Contact for SNC ID 79711 DETAILS: Mr. Winkler had sent in sample results after the deadline of the 10th of the month. Small business owner struggles with time to send in results. Discussed with Mr. Winkler about sending in report earlier or having it faxed by the lab. SNC was originally investigated on 5/29/07 and has not yet been resolved.
