Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform positive result for Routine sample taken 8/21/2008 DETAILS: A Routine sample taken 8/21/2008 was total coliform positive. Bruce will remove the insulation inside the well cover to inspect the well casing and piping. He will also add chlorine bleach to the concrete tank that the well supplies. I instructed him to check the depth of water in the tank and add 1 cup of bleach per 4 ft. depth of water. We also reviewed repeat sampling procedures. ACTION NEEDED: Owner to inspect well casing and disinfect and flush the storage tanks and distribution system. Repeat samples to be taken week of August 25.
