Details:	SUMMARY: field review of WS with new operator DETAILS: Gary Burnett and myself visited with Bruce on site. As a new operator, he was unaware of requirements and details of collecting water samples. We showed him how to collect coliform samples. Also looked over the water system. It was recommended the well box be cleaned out and well inspected for leaks. Collected 3 bacteria samples and one nitrate sample. Samples were brought back to Pendleton Lab. ACTION NEEDED: Depends on results of samples collected.
