| Details: | SUMMARY: + TC on repeat tests in June 2008 DETAILS: I called John and informed him the test from 6/24/08 had total coliform detections. John has been working with Stuzman pump company and Hank Erbele from Water-Wastewater solutions (Circuit Rider referral) to try and determine the cause of the bacteria detections. They shock chlorinated the well and distribution again hoping the remedy the problem. The test from 6/24 was taken at the well head after the disinfection process but still had detections. At this point it appears it is a source water problem and I recommended to John that they install continuous disinfection with contact time as approved by plan review through DHS DWP. He agreed but said he was going to do some more monitoring. I asked him to take a routine - since all testing since February has been repeat.
