Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat sample positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 7/29/08 - Left voice mail for Ron. 8/4/08 - Ron called and informed that the system was not chlorinated prior to collection the repeat. He only collected one repeat because he was unfamiliar with the sampling protocol. Both the routine and the repeat were collected from room 6 (SDWIS incorrectly says room 8). After receiving the positive repeat results Ron chlorinated the well and the storage tank. He said that there is still a bleach smell in the water today. I suggested that he completely flush the system today and collect a special sample immediately post storage on Thursday. 8/7/08 - A repeat sample was collected. 8/8/08 - Repeat sample tested negative for total coliform. I discussed the results with Ron. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to collect 5 temporary routine samples in the month of August.
