Details:	SUMMARY: Report of a routine total coliform sample and follow-up activities DETAILS: Shawn reported a routine total coliform positive taken at Madsen Spring Water Association on 9/10/08. Madsen received notice of positive on 9/11/08, and reported it to DWP. E.coli was negative. Shawn collected four repeat total coliform samples on 9/12/08, and all came back negative. ACTION NEEDED: Madsen will collect five routine total coliform samples during October sampling period. Madsen will notify DWP if any coliform violation occurrs. DWP to assist as needed, or if violation occurrs.
