Details:	SUMMARY: Concerns of Water District over Monitoring Costs as Water Purchaser DETAILS: I called Cammie Owens to discuss recent email sent by her to Karen Kelley regarding monitoring costs as water purchaser. Discussed in detail current improvements currently underway at the City of Coquille WTP which will result in elimination in prechlorination and presumably historic problems with DBP at Coquille as well as Dean Minard WD.
