Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to TC and E. coli positive test result DETAILS: Scott Meyer called about the double positive test result from their monthly routine tests. He is taking the required repeat tests. Since the repeat results will become available tomorrow, (Saturday), I showed him where the public notice templates are on our DWP web site. If his repeat tests come out clean, there is no TCR violation. If any repeats come out positive, he will need to issue a Tier 1/Boil Water notice. He says parts of their PWS are isolated from the other pressure zones, so he could make the argument that the whole system does not need a Boil Water Notice, just the parts that are positive or connected to those that are positive. I gave Scott the OERS number for the weekend, which will connect him with the DWP manager on call, and he can discuss that situation if it arises. I checked in with Tom Charbonneau today as well, summarized the situation in an email and sent it to Tom as well as the DWP Manager that will be on call this weekend. Tom Charbonneau also spoke with the operator, Scott Meyer, before the end of the day. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat coliform tests. Inform operator of the additional required tests next month triggered by this positive result.
