Details:	SUMMARY: Alert for positive repeat coliforms DETAILS: On May 30th, 2008 this system had four repeat positive results for total coliform after previously having one positive routine coliform result. From the period of May 30th to June 10th, I had discussed with Diane Bar what is to be done to resolve the coliform problem. Diane told me that after discovery of the four repeat coliform samples, the system was chlorinated and flushed to disinfect but also to eliminate the chlorine residual after disinfection. Four additional repeat samples were taken for June 3…all were TC negative. ACTION NEEDED: June 10th Diane informed me that 5 routine samples will be taken for June, taken periodically throughout the month. One of those routines has been taken and the other four will be taken at different times throughout the remainder of this month.
