Details:	SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive sample collected 9/23/08. Called Rance. Well 1 had gone down earlier in the month and the pump was pulled, repaired, and rewired. Rance thinks this may have been the cause of the TC positive. The well is back down as it trips the breaker after starting. MM and W from Baker City is doing the repair work. ACTION NEEDED: Rance will collect four repeat samples on either Monday or Tesday, depending on when UPS can make a pick-up.
