Details:	SUMMARY: Complaint regarding 2007 Consumer Confidence Report DETAILS: I originally received a customer complaint on 5/19/2008 regarding the content and delivery of the 2007 Consumer Confidence Report for the City of Sweet Home. The Program had not received a copy of the CCR at the time of the complaint, so follow-up resumed once the CCR was received, which was on 9/12/2008. Investigation conducted by both myself and Tom Mitchell revealed that the CCR was delivered according to our regulations, but that it was missing the list of violations accrued during the report period including an explanation of the violations, any potential adverse health effects and the steps the system has taken to correct the violations. Tom Mitchell will follow-up further with the City to get an addendum issued in their next regular customer mailing. I notified the complainant of the follow-up taken on this complaint ACTION NEEDED: Tom Mitchell will follow-up with the City of Sweet Home to assure an ammendment to the CCR is issued containing required corrections.
