Details:	SUMMARY: TCR Violation for September DETAILS: Received alert for all four repeat samples collected 9/30/08 testing TC positive. Spoke with Rance. The pump had been pulled again and the wiring repaired. The well was not chlorinated after the pump work, which is likely the cause of the TC results. Discussed dosages for chlorinating the well and reservoir. Rance will chlorinate, flush the system, and collect five routine sample in October. Also discussed the required public notice. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to chlorinate, flush, collect five routine samples in October, distribute public notice.
