Details:	SUMMARY: Four positive routine coliform sample results. DETAILS: On August 7, 2008 KCEHD received an alert for 4 positive total coliform routine coliform water samples. I attempted to contact Yogi by phone and could not reach him. Then on August 8, 2008 four repeat water samples for total coliform were taken which all showed up as negative. Later that month I requested that Yogi send us a copy of the Public Notice as well as explain what was done to correct the coliform problem. On 9-3-08 the KCEHD received a copy of the Public Notice submitted by Mr. Lee as well as an explanation of the corrective action. Their corrective action was that they introduced at least 5ppm of chlorine into the tank, flushed the system and then took repeat coliform water samples, which all showed up as negative for total coliform ACTION NEEDED: Five routine water samples are required this month as both the routine and repeat samples were taken in August.
