Details:	SUMMARY: ERP- On site DETAILS: In field consultation with the owner John regarding the facilities Emergency Response Plan and Coliform Sampling Plan. Provided handouts and information on both plans and went through the procedures step by step. The Coliform Sampling Plan and Emergency Response Plan were completed/reviewed in the field 4/21/08. ACTION NEEDED: Maintain copy of ERP and review annually.
