| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting of 3Q coliform DETAILS: This system showed up on the violations list for the 3rd Q of 2008. I knew that the operator previously thought he only needed to report TC results twice a year, not once a quarter, so I phoned to make sure all was understood. He reported he had taken a 3rd quarter routine TC sample. I called Delta Labs, and they searched to find that Mr. Defoe had used a domestic water supply cover sheet for his sample, so it was not reported to the drinking water program. The lab is requesting his permission to send me the test result. ACTION NEEDED: Await faxed test result from Delta. Make sure it gets propertly entered in the database, and the violation removed. | ||
