Details:	SUMMARY: Inquiry regarding missed sampling period DETAILS: This system showed up on the 3rd Q violations list for no reported TC sample. I phoned, and John said he did miss that quarter, but took a sample soon after the end of the period (Oct 10th). That sample now appears in the database. John said he will phone the lab because the annual nitrate sample was also taken on 10/10/08, but does not appear in our database. ACTION NEEDED: Check back to see if 10/10/08 nitrate sample gets entered into database.
