Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Total coliform TCR DETAILS: Sample taken 9/5/08 was positive. Spoke with Tom on the phone today. ACTION NEEDED: Need to take repeat samples before any corrective action to confirm a true positive. If all repeat samples are negative take five routine samples the following month. If any samples are positive for coliform only, chlorinate the system. Additional special samples are recommended to verify the results of your corrective action. The following month 5 routine samples are required.
