Details:	SUMMARY: Alert resolved DETAILS: Spoke with Lori today and she said the four repeat samples were all absent for total coliform. Dan Reitz replaced the UV light bulb and apparently that fixed the problem. Lori was concerned because she had paid for a new UV light in July. I told 5 routines will be required to be taken in the Month of December 2008. She said she will do that. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routines in Dec. 08
