Details:	SUMMARY: PR 90-2007 completion DETAILS: Steve called about completing new well plan review. Construction was not yet completed. Need concrete slab around well casing, air vent, raw water sample results, approval of UV disinfection unit. ACTION NEEDED: Steve will send info on UV, raw bacti and says that other wellhead improvements will be done by sometime in January.
