| Details: | SUMMARY: Reverse 911 Call - Boil Water Notice DETAILS: Both Westport and Wauna were advised to issue a boil water notice. Wauna is calling all of their customers and a reverse 911 call will go out to both Westport and Wauna customers. I provided Maureen Taylor (Clatsop County) with the 911 call script and a copy of the boil notice sent to Stephanie Weldon with Westport Water Association. Maureen talked with the Westport food service people that Clatsop County oversees and will give the Dept of Ag person a heads up for the gas station/grocery store. ACTION NEEDED: Clatsop County Sheriffs office to issue a reverse 911 call to Westport, Taylorville and Wauna as follows - Westport Water Association’s water is contaminated with E. coli. E. coli are bacteria indicating the water may be contaminated with human or animal waste. BOIL YOUR WATER FOR 1 MINUTE BEFORE USING FOR DRINKING OR FOOD PREPARATION.
