Details:	SUMMARY: Update on Plan Review and Timeline DETAILS: Guy Lauziere says that engineer Dennis Boeger (541-302-4996) has finalized the underground piping plans for the PWS that will service the 22 condo-cabins (this PWS). Dennis will be submitting the plan review packet soon. Guy is waiting for Dennis to give him the list of water system fixtures and locations that will be above ground, so that Guy can draw up plans for the pumphouse to accommodate them. The owners hope to have the condos ready to sell by Feb/March 2009. The water system will be maintained by an HOA. The new PWS for the new restaurant will not be completed until later than originally planned (perhaps 2010), so that Plan Review will come later. ACTION NEEDED: Await Plan Review packet for reconfigured PWS #91833.
