Details:	SUMMARY: E.Coli postive routine sample taken 11/11/08. DETAILS: Mike Meszaros was out of the office for the day, so I contacted Ray Todd about the results and faxed him a boil notice template (just in case repeats were positive) and information regarding follow-up sampling and how to disinfect a well. Ray thought that the sample had been taken from a swivel type kitchen faucet, which may have contributed to the positive results. Since Ray was going to be leaving town, he said he would get the repeats taken, but Mike Rosellini (541-348-2072) would be available on-site to address any other issues. I contacted Scott Curry, who said he would follow up with the water system. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 4 repeat samples and issue boil notice if any results were positive and he was unable to contact DWP or county staff (the repeats were being taken on a Thursday and it was not know if he would get results back in time on Friday).
