Details: SUMMARY: Response to alert for Di(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate DETAILS: Alert for Di(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate - result was 0.0008 mg/l. Emailed Matt to let him know that a confirmation sample was required. Matt took confirmation sample on 11/17/08, awaiting result to determine if quarterly sampling is required. If average of confirmation sample and original sample results are less than 0.0006 mg/l, then no additional testing will be required. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for sample results.
