Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed Civil Penalty Notice and current options for compliance. DETAILS: Michael Brown requested information on how the system could return to compliance and avoid possible civil penalties. I informed him that because the Notice was issued, that it must be appealed before it becomes final. I stated that during the appeal hearing we could draft a settlement agreement. Otherwise, I reminded him that the system must collect coliform samples monthly for six months, and submit them timely for the system to return to compliance. He stated he would immediately have Tom McFerrin or Donna Heller draft an appeal request and either fax or mail it to our office. ACTION NEEDED: Await appeal request.
