Details:	SUMMARY: Positive routine total coliform DETAILS: 9/24/08 the KCEHD received a water quality alert, a positive total coliform sample taken 9/18/08. I called Rob Grounds and discussed this with him. Mr. Grounds says that four repeat water samples were taken on 9/19/08 and all were TC negative. Then I contacted Lisa from Spring Street Analytical who confirmed that those four repeat samples were taken. Falcon heights is a chlorinated water system so Mr. Grounds speculated that the positive results were due to the method of how the sample was taken rather than the actual drinking water being contaminated. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be taken in October regardless of the results.
