Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: I contacted Ralph Webber, refuge manager, by phone. I informed him of the alert and the requirement to do 5 routine samples the following month (this month of September). Mr. Webber agreed but transferred call to new operator, Kim Strassburg. I explained the sampling requirements to Ms. Strassburg including requirement to do 4 repeats and 5 routines after a positive coliform sample. Ms. Strassburg said they had sampled from a tap without removing the aerator. She will do the 5 routines today and send the test results into the state DWP and to me. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples all negative received Sept 29, 2008. Now on SDWIS
