Details:	SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System had positive total coliform routine on 9-23-08 and 3 of 4 repeats on 9-25-08 positive also. Talked to operator Doug 9-26-08 and discussed chlorination of reservoir and public notice at motel office. Helped Doug with chlorine recipe for 16,000 gallon reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Take special follow up sample to verify chlorination worked and then take 5 temporary routines during October.
