Details:	SUMMARY: Positive total coliform samples 9-3-08 DETAILS: 9-4-08 Spoke with park manager George Justice and informed him to continue using the water and to wait for further instruction after I have a chance to talk to park owner Gerald Haynes about permanent treatment options when he gets back from vacation on Monday 9-8-08. 9-9-08 Spoke with Gerald who informed me that the system is being chlorinated again today. 9-10-08 George called and informed that the system was chlorinated last night and flushed this morning. I called Grants Pass Water Lab and requested that they collect two special samples on 9-15-08. 9-17-08 I confirmed with Grants Pass Water Lab that two special samples collected on 9-15-08 tested negative for total coliform. I requested that the fourth quarter 2008 routine sample be collected at the beginning of October to insure that the problem is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: A routine sample for the fourth quarter 2008 should be collected at the beginning of October.
