| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 10-13-08 DETAILS: 10-15-08 Called & left message for John letting him know that they need to take 4 repeat samples ASAP. They would also need to get 5 temp routines the following month. 10-16-08 Mark Leed called from Pyxis Labs to tell me that they only pulled 1 sample instead of the 5 temporary routines that were required. The sample that they pulled was TC positive so he wasnt sure if they still needed to take the other 4 temporary samples before the 4 repeats. I called Gregg at the state and he indicated it was up to them because they would get a monitoring violation if they didnt get the 5 temporary routine samples but they had to take the 4 repeats since we already know that 1 of the 5 were already positive. I called Mark at Pyxis and let him know what the state had told me. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor the 4 repeats and follow up if needed. | ||
