Details: SUMMARY: follow up on total coliform positive DETAILS: I spoke with Noel regarding a total coliform positive sample taken at Camp Collins on 12/29/08, and returned on 12/31/08. The facility receiving the water was closed until 1/5/09, and Noel is the only person at the facility today (1/5/09). She has received well disinfection instructions, and will be reviewing them with maintenance staff. I mentioned to Noel the requirement to take four repeat samples within 24 hours, ideally today, and five additional coliform routines during the month of January. ACTION NEEDED: Camp Collins to work with lab to take four repeats as soon as possible, and the routines later in January. DWP or Multnomah County to follow up if any of the repeats come back back positive.
