Details:	SUMMARY: 2008 Lead Exceedance Assigned In Error. DETAILS: On 12/8/2008, I requested and received the actual lead/copper tap sample results from the Data Management Compliance Enforcement Unit. The results showed questionable 90th percentile calculations and indicated a possible data entry error. Chuck Michaels then confirmed there was a data entry error and the City of Sweet Home did not exceed the 90th percentile action level for Lead. The actual 90th percentile result for the September 2008 sampling round was 0.0107 mg/L, not 0.0170 mg/L as previously entered. Chuck Michaels input the correct value and removed the water quality alert. I informed Tim Sanders by phone and Mike Adams by email of this error on 12/18/2008. Therefore, the City is in Compliance the the actions required in my letter dated 12/8/2008 are no longer needed. ACTION NEEDED: All action needed has already been taken. The City is in compliance with the Lead & Copper Rule.
