Details:	SUMMARY: Operations and Maintenance Manual Assistance DETAILS: System is required to have a current and updated O & M Manual. The recent water system survey conducted by Fred Kalish and Karen Kelley identified this as a significant deficiency that required attention. I met with Ernie on 10/8 and reviewed his current operations manual for the WTP. The city does have many procedures written and protocols to follow. Some of the information is also in other manuals in the office. Some of the procedures are outdated and the phosphate addition for corrosion control is not included as well as distribution system procedures. Ernie mailed me a copy of the procedures and I review them and started a draft to assist him in updating the manual. ACTION NEEDED: I will complete my recommendations for the O&M Manual organization and updating.
