Details:	SUMMARY: alert DETAILS: Spoke with Myron again today regarding recent toal coliform sample taken 1/21/09. The four repeat samples were all absent and Myron is not sure why the original sample came back present, the chlorine level was 1.2. We discussed the swivel type faucets and advised him to try not to take from swivel faucets. I also let him know 4 additional routines will need to be collected in Feb 2009. ACTION NEEDED: take four additional routines in Feb 2009.
