Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 12/2/08 DETAILS: Contacted new operator/contact person, Jeff Steyaert regarding alert. Jeff does not know why the sample was positive for TC. He had the contractor Alpine Pump take repeat samples earlier in the day. I informed Jeff that he is required to contact Linn County EH to report positive samples ASAP. Jeff will call me with results of repeats ASAP ACTION NEEDED: none
