Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform follow up DETAILS: Operator does not know why the 3 repeat samples were positive for TC. The positive samples were all within the distribution system and the raw water sample was absent for TC. The contractor shock chlorinated the well on 12/9/08 and it will be blushed today. System plans on taking a special sample to ensure the shock was effective then draw 5 routine samples in early January. System will post public notice ASAP and send Linn County a copy. I informed Jeff again that he is required to contact Linn County EH to report positive routine & repeat samples ASAP. Requested from Jeff a facility map and confirmation of the location of the routine and repeat samples taken in December for my records. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results
