Details:	SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample December 5,2008 DETAILS: Carl said that the pump for well #1 was replaced on 11/25/08, 10 days prior to the sample date. He said Stutzman Services poured something down the well and then immediately pumped it out for 30 minutes. Waterlab draws samples for the system. I gave him a choice of disinfecting the well or taking the 4 repeats ASAP to confirm the positive. Carl felt that Stutzman Services should have known how to correctly disinfect the well after the repair so he wants to confirm that it is truly a positive sample first. I gave Carl the locations of the repeat sites for routine #3 at Space #29 which includes the raw water at well #1. ACTION NEEDED: Carl will call me with the results of the repeats.
