Details:	SUMMARY: Schedule appt to discuss duties as new operator. DETAILS: John called to establish communication with Linn County again as the new DRC operator. He apologized for his previous behavior and said that he would cooperate and communicate with all regulating agencies. ACTION NEEDED: As requested by the newest 8-30-08 November AO I scheduled a meeting for 8-21-08 to discuss the new coliform bacteria sampling plan and public notice and to look at the new sample taps that were installed in late July 2008.
