Details:	SUMMARY: Failed to report coliform sample DETAILS: I contacted Cheryl by phone. I informed her of the violation and she stated the sample was taken but the lab did not send it in. She said she contacted the lab and she is now on their list for sending test results into the state DWP. She stated she will make sure lab sends in test results for next quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Test results sent in late. Reviewed by state DWP August 13, 2008 and now on SDWIS.
