Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting 4 repeat total coliform samples/no routines sampes in September 2008 DETAILS: Jeff called me 9-24-08 to inform of the positive total coliform that was not reported to the state. He marked the lab slip incorrectly for the repeat samples and they were not reported. Also, 5 routine samples taken on 9-16-08 were also mismarked. I asked operator to inform the lab about the mistake and to correct the reporting with the state. I informed him to take 4 repeat samples ASAP and report the results to me. Discussed follow up sampling procedures and he now understands the procedure and will continue to call the county when required. Also mentioned that 5 routines are due by the end of October. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples taken on 8-29-08 and reported on 10-15-08. Only one routine sample was reported in September. The other 4 have not been corrected. First violation resolved.
