| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on Administrative Order DETAILS: System did not submit a letter by September 1, 2008 identifying which of the 3 options they will choose in order to achieve compliance with the TCR as required. Both Bob and Don told me that Brad Daniels had waived the Administrative Order deadlines and was supposed to provide one that is updated with new deadlines. Because of this misunderstanding, Bob and Don have not been paying attention to any of the deadlines noted in the order. In addition, they stated that they did not know what the order specifically required as they did not have a copy of it even though between Brad Daniels and myself they were given approximately 5 copies at different times over the last 1 1/2 months. Don mentioned that they believe the problem is not the well but the distribution system. They claim they have recently found out that there are many dead end lines and breaks. He also informed me that he will proceed with upgrading and replacing the distribution system and for the time being not hook up to City of Sweet Home water. I told Don that he needs to provide updated information regarding the AO on a regular basis. 9-11-08 John Webb called to inform me that his research indicates that the well located on an adjacent lot near Sp#36 is not connected to the MHP distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Called Brad Daniels on 9-11-08 to inform him about the above information. | ||
