Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform follow up DETAILS: Marti phoned to inform us that the pump to the chlorinator was replaced last night, 1/29/09 and that repeat samples will be taken on Monday 2/2/09. Marti also confirmed that the sample was taken from a residence that is part of the water system. After our conversation, I noted that the address is not indicated on the sampling plan. I will discuss this with her and update the sampling plan if needed. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Marti regarding the sampling plan and update if needed.
