| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat total coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation with Jim Nash (Stutzman Services) regarding the repeat positive total coliform sample. He said he would chlorinate the well and run the chlorinated water through the distribution system. He also would look at the treatment system for the soda fountain. I also informed Mr. nash that 5 routine samples would be needed the following month and public notice needs to be posted. He said he would help the facility post public notice and the soda fountain has not been made available to the public since the results of the first positive. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and take 5 routine samples next month. | ||
