Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform non reporting DETAILS: Scott Kruger spoke to Eric the manager regarding violation. He said he would have a sample taken and submitted for the 3rd quarter of 2008. I explained to him that the quarter had passed and testing could not be retroactive. I explained to him to have sample taken before December 31, 2008 and submitted prior to Jan. 10, 2009 to work toward a resolution of this violation. Sampling would have to be submitted and on time for two consecutive quarters to regain compliance. He stated that he understood and would have testing taken care of. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of 4th quarter 2008 coliform test.
