Details:	SUMMARY: Sample tap for plan review DETAILS: Firm has installed a sample tap prior to the UV treatment system. Firm sent me two pictures verifying this. Firm has also taken a total and E.coli coliform sample on 10/24/08 that is absent. Firm has been released from Cease and Desist order sot they can use their water for beverages and ice manufacturing. ACTION NEEDED: Four additional consecutive weeks test for coliform inside of the store to ensure the UV light is operating correctly. Then in 2009 continue with your quarterly coliform sampling and annual nitrate sampling. An annual nitrate sample is currently due.
