Details:	SUMMARY: Civil Penalties due DETAILS: I called to notify the owners that they were in violation of the settlement agreement signed on January 13 to resolve the civil penalty issued previously. I also called to determine why the system hadnt reported a February 2009 coliform sample. Mike Brown stated that he had simply forgotten to collect the sample. I asked that either Donna Heller or Tom McFerrin call me so I could discuss the situation with them. I also called the phone number for Tom Mcferrin and left a message, but have not received a return call as of 3/25/2009. ACTION NEEDED: Issue notice that the system violated the settlement agreement and collect the remaining civil penalty. Await future monitoring results and take additional enforcement action if the system fails to monitor accordingly.
