Details:	SUMMARY: Phthalaate alert DETAILS: 11/14/08 Talked with operator. Informed him to take two quarterly samples for this contaminate at the same source as the alert. Then explained that annual sampling for this contaminate from the same source must be taken for three consecutive years before sampling schedule can be re evaluated. ACTION NEEDED: Take quarterly samples for this contaminate from the same source as the alert sample for the next 2 quarters then sample annually for this contaminate for three consecutive years.
