Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform collected on 11/17/08 DETAILS: 11/20/08 - I called and left message for jerry to collect repeat samples. 11/21/08 I called and left message for Jerry. 11/21/08 Jerry called and informed me that their water system contracts with Ecowater to collect samples and they have been notified to troubleshoot the system. Jerry mentioned that they are treating with vUV and with continuous chlorination, but I dont see that continuous chlorination has bee approved through plan review so I left a message with Scott Curry to find out about whether or not continuous chlorination has been approved for this system. Additionally I told Jerry that they should get their repeat samples in to the lab today. 11/24/08 I called Jerry and told him that the lab has not received repeat samples and that someone needs to collect them today. Additionally, after hearing back from Scott Curry, I told him that system needs to apply for a plan review for the continuous chlorination system that they have online. 1/12/09 Four repeat samples collected 1/8/09 tested positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: See alert dated 1/12/09
