Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with tom by phone. I informed him of the alert and the need to find the problem. I suggested he also shock the system using a formula. However, I was not able to find a well log. He is going to try a couple of cups of bleach in 5 gallons of water. I told him he needs to do another set of 4 repeats after he shocks the well. I also told him he needs to post a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: I dropped off info on disinfecting a well and public notice in person.
