Details:	SUMMARY: Failed to report VOC DETAILS: I explained that the sample needed to be taken between Jan. 1, 2005 and December 31, 2007 and results submitted no later than Jan 10th, 2008. She was not aware the lab did not do that . She will contact the lab and have them test for VOC and submit test results to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Test results taken 9/16/08 and received by state 10/23/008. Test results now posted on SDWIS
